Orders can be placed directly on www.mirandabox.it. Once the purchase is complete and payment is confirmed, your order will be processed and prepared for shipment.

3. Prices and Payments

Product prices are automatically calculated in the local currency of your country based on your location at the time of purchase. All prices include VAT where applicable, unless otherwise stated.

Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other options available at checkout.

4. Shipping

We ship to Italy and internationally.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and product availability. Estimated delivery times are shown during checkout.

5. Return Policy

The return policy at mirandabox.it varies depending on the type of box purchased:

Fashion Box

Each Fashion Box includes a complete outfit designed as a unique set.
Therefore:

  • It is NOT possible to return or exchange the model or color of the items.
  • A size exchange is allowed if the item does not fit properly.

Requests for size changes must be made within 7 days of receiving the box by emailing customer@mirandabox.it, including your order number and the desired size.

Accessories, Make-Up, and Skincare Boxes

For hygiene and safety reasons, returns and exchanges are not accepted for:

  • Boxes containing accessories
  • Make-up products
  • Skincare products
